TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Buddy's K9 Training website and related websites, forms, content, scheduling features, services, programs, and other features provided by Buddy's K9 Training ("we," "our," or "us"), collectively referred to as the "Services."
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
ELIGIBILITY AND AUTHORITY
You may use the Services only if you are legally able to enter into these Terms and your use is permitted by applicable law.
If you use the Services on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.
WEBSITE AND SERVICE USE
You agree not to:
• Use the Services unlawfully, fraudulently, or in a manner that infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks, or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, availability, or performance of the Services.
• Submit false, misleading, harmful, unlawful, or malicious information or code.
• Scrape, harvest, copy, or use automated means to access the Services except as permitted by us or applicable law.
• Circumvent technical restrictions or use the Services to facilitate abuse, spam, or unauthorized communications.
ACCOUNTS
If we provide customer or member accounts, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for security concerns, abuse, violations of these Terms, or other lawful reasons.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and their content, including branding, text, graphics, photographs, audio, video, software, code, designs, and other materials, are owned by Buddy's K9 Training, its licensors, or other applicable rights holders and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
Except as expressly permitted, no rights are granted other than the limited right to access and use the Services for their intended purposes.
USER SUBMISSIONS
If you submit photographs, videos, documents, messages, reviews, form responses, or other materials through our Services, you represent that you have the rights and authority necessary to provide those materials and that doing so does not violate applicable law or another person's rights.
COMMUNICATIONS
The Services may allow you to request or consent to communications by email, SMS/text message, telephone, or other channels.
Marketing permissions, where requested, are separate from the basic act of providing contact information.
Transactional or service-related communications may be sent when reasonably connected to an appointment, registration, transaction, service request, account, or other activity that you initiated, subject to applicable law.
If you affirmatively enroll in an SMS program, the SMS provisions below also apply.
SMS/TEXT MESSAGE TERMS
Program Description
When you separately opt in to receive SMS/text messages from Buddy's K9 Training, messages may relate to the program, service, or subjects described at the point where you enroll.
Depending on the program and your interactions with us, messages may include appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, reminders, service information, customer-support communications, requested updates, and marketing or promotional communications when you have consented to receive them.
Consent and Enrollment
By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in to an applicable SMS program, you authorize Buddy's K9 Training and service providers acting on our behalf to send text messages to that telephone number as described when you enroll.
Where the enrollment disclosure states that automated technology may be used, your consent includes the use of automated technology to send those messages.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Buddy's K9 Training.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us, the services or programs in which you participate, your communication preferences, and the applicable SMS program.
Recurring messages may be sent when you have opted in to a recurring SMS program.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless service plan.
Buddy's K9 Training is not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier.
Opt Out
You may opt out of an SMS program at any time by replying STOP to a program message or by using another opt-out method expressly provided for that program.
After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive a limited number of messages necessary to confirm or process your request.
If you have separately enrolled in more than one messaging program or communication purpose, opting out of one program may not automatically opt you out of another separately authorized program, subject to applicable law and our consent-management practices.

Number Changes and Reassignment
You agree to notify us or opt out of an SMS program before relinquishing a mobile telephone number that you enrolled in the program.
If we learn that a telephone number has been reassigned to another person, we may suspend messaging to that number.
Eligibility and Authority
By enrolling a telephone number, you represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of that telephone number and that you are authorized to consent to messages sent to it.
Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message delivery is subject to carrier networks, device availability, network conditions, and other factors outside our control.
SMS Privacy
Information associated with our SMS programs is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent records will not be disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may use service providers to transmit and manage SMS communications on our behalf.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party providers, including payment processors, booking or scheduling services, analytics providers, social platforms, communications providers, and other vendors.
We do not control third-party services, and your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
PURCHASES, BOOKINGS, REGISTRATIONS, AND SERVICES
Additional terms, policies, cancellation requirements, payment requirements, or other conditions may apply to particular training services, appointments, classes, programs, events, memberships, purchases, or registrations.
Where separate written terms apply to a particular transaction or service, those terms control that transaction to the extent they conflict with these general Terms.
AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict website features or content at any time, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Services.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND RELATED ONLINE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
BUDDY'S K9 TRAINING DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES THAT MAY LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUDDY'S K9 TRAINING AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO USE OF THE WEBSITE OR RELATED ONLINE SERVICES.
Any limitation that cannot legally apply in your jurisdiction will apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Buddy's K9 Training and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers from claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party's rights.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms periodically.
Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
